Working with individual clients towards their own goals, be that sport and performance related goals or post-operative rehabilitation, Pilates one to ones create a truly unique and adaptable training programme designed to deliver long-lasting results.
Sessions involve props and small equipment or a weighted MOTR machine, all designed to heighten the learning experience and give you a greater understanding of your core muscles and the subtlety involved in their correct recruitment.
Zoom sessions allow you to work on any device at a time that suits you. Face to face sessions allow us to check your technique in greater detail and make sure that you are working optimally at all times.
